Young Empowered Programmers

Young Empowered Programmers (YEP!) is an edutech company that educates kids and teens between the ages of 5 and 16 on 21st century tech skills with a focus on coding and robotics in a fun and immersive manner. We equip kids and teens with the tools for innovation and problem solving that will prepare them for the future.

The company was founded by Olaseni Cole, Winner, Future Africa Prize for Education, 2019 and has trained over 5,000 students. The Young Empowered Programmers (YEP!) initiative equips kids and teens between the ages of 5 and 16 with the tools for innovation and problem solving through coding and robotics.

The vision of Young Empowered Programmers is to raise an army of innovators, inventors, builders and problem-solvers in and from Africa.
